Sometimes the status of a fixture may change. We understand the importance of letting your club members know about this so that players don't turn up for cancelled fixtures.

If a fixture's status changes, for example, a fixture has been cancelled, users associated with that fixture will receive an email and a push notification, if they're using the Pitchero Club app, to inform them of the fixture change.
Associated user's include players and parents, regardless of whether their availability/selection has been set.
However, emails and push notifications are easily dismissed. Therefore, to make sure that your club members don't miss out on any fixtures changes, a direct message will be sent directly to the inbox of an associated user's account.
