We recommend clubs to create new products at the start of each season. This helps with the reporting, visibility and accounting of payments collected through your Pitchero website.
Don't worry, it's really easy to archive products within your club control panel.
To archive a product, access your club control panel and click Shop and payments from the left-hand menu.
Click Products from the sub-menu.
Locate the product and click the options icon.
In the dropdown list of options, click 'Archive Product'.
To access any archived products, go to the Products page and click the 'Filters' button on the right-hand side and tick 'Archived'.
Apply the filter and any archived products will show on the Products page.
You can easily see which products have been archived as there is an Archived status within the product details.
