We advise clubs to create brand new products specific to that particular season. This helps with visibility, reporting and accounting of each payment collected through the website.
To help streamline the process, within Shop and payments we have a cloning tool. This allows you to create a copy of any existing products.
This is especially useful if you have different product variants and forms.
To clone a product, access your club control panel, click Shop and payments from the left-hand panel.
Click Products from the sub-menu.
Locate the product you wish to close and click the options icon on the right-hand side of the page.
In the dropdown list of options, click 'Clone Product'.
On the following page you'll see Step 1 and 2 of creating a payment product where you can choose the product type and the product information.
These sections will be pre-filled with information that was previously associated with the original product. Feel free to amend this accordingly.
Beneath Step 2 you'll see two options where you can clone the assignments and tagged members and the existing payment form of the original product.
Click 'Create product' in green to save the new product.
