Clubs on either of our Elite or Ultimate packages can create email inboxes within the Settings section of their club control panels.
The best way to access the email inbox securely and to be notified of new incoming emails is to set up the email inbox on an email client.
The majority of computers now come with a default email client installed. However, popular email clients which you could potentially use include Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.
Before you can proceed, please be sure to have the following information handy:
- The email address of the inbox that you wish to connect to your email client, for example, firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your email account's password
- Incoming (IMAP) Server: us2.imap.mailhostbox.com Port: 143
Outgoing (SMTP) Server: us2.smtp.mailhostbox.com Port: 587

What are the benefits to using IMAP?
IMAP is an internet protocol used to access email.
We recommend using IMAP because any changes made on a device, such as deleting emails, are reflected on other devices synced with your email inbox as well.
With this in mind, IMAP allows flexible access to your emails through all of your electronic devices from any location, perfect when travelling for away days!
