Clubs on both the Elite or Ultimate packages have access to our email accounts feature, allowing them to create mailboxes for sending and receiving emails.
If you are part of a club who are on either of our Elite or Ultimate packages, after creating a mailbox you will then receive an email to the notification email address which you specified that generates an automatic password for you.
This password can be used to access your mailbox via the webmail login. However, if you wish to change this password to something more memorable please follow the instructions outlined below.
Login to your club control panel and click into Settings from the left-hand panel.
After that, click Email address for the expanded list.
You should then be brought to the email addresses page. Click 'Login to webmail' in blue after that and access your newly created mailbox with the generated password that you have been given.
Once you have logged in you will be taken to your inbox page. Towards the top right-hand corner of the page click on the menu button and then click Settings.
Clicking the Settings menu item will take you to the Basic Settings page of your mailbox. Click the 'Change password...' button.
A window will then pop up within your webpage asking you to provide your current password and the new password you wish to use.
Click 'Change password and sign out' in blue. Please note that you will then be asked to log into your mailbox again so please make note of the new password you wish to use.
