To make it easier for team admins and coaches to manage players, we have included some useful tools which allow players to declare their availability for fixtures and confirm their team selection.
If a player is younger than 14 years old a parent will need to manage the player's account. For instructions on how parents can manage their child's availability, click here.
You can manage your availability and selection either through the website or the Pitchero Club app.
Setting your Availability
To set your availability through website, login to your Pitchero account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner
Go to ‘Your account’ this will bring up the clubs you are associated with
Select the club you wish to set your fixture date availability for
Select ‘Schedule’ at the top, this will display your upcoming fixtures for the month. You can use the arrows to move between months
Set your availability by clicking ‘Set Availability’ on blue bar above fixture date, this will bring up a panel on the right-hand side.
On the panel to the right of your page, select the availability option
Your availability will now be set.
- Why not add a note when setting your availability, this will be visible to Team Admins when they are selecting the team.
- This could include how you will be getting to the game, or what time you expect to arrive.
