To do this, login to your club control panel and click the Membership tab, then select Membership database.
Select the members you wish to prompt to update their details (Tick the box next to each member or click the select all box).
Click the 'Prompt to update information' button in grey.
A message preview will be displayed allow you to add an optional note to the user.
Once you're happy click 'Send' in green.
Please Note: You'll only be able to send prompts to registered users.
If a member is registered but not receiving emails (because they have not verified their account), they will be not be sent the email prompt.
