Comments can be posted on news items, match reports, photos and videos, and are a great way for your members to engage with other members and boost website traffic.
Access your club control panel and click the Settings tab, then select Comments from the left-hand panel.
Click the 'Allow Comments' drop-down and select either 'Yes' or 'No' from the options.
Click the green 'Save Settings' button to confirm this change.
To manage who can leave comments select the 'Who can comment?' drop-down and select either 'Everyone' or 'Authorised website members only' from the options.
Everyone - all visitors with a Pitchero account.
Authorised website members only - only Club Members, Players, Parents, Coaches, Staff & Officials, Team Admins and Webmasters.
Finally, click the green 'Save Settings' button to confirm this change.
How can I delete comments?
Only a Webmaster can delete or report a comment.
Access your homepage and find the item where the comment is posted.
On the right-hand side of the comment, click the 'Delete' link.
A comment can be restored to your website by clicking on the 'Restore' link where the comment was previously deleted.
