Yes, you can choose whether the fields are updated by Webmasters only, or whether you want your members to update this information themselves.
To do this, log in to your club control panel.
Click the Membership tab.
Click the Fields tab, then select the Add field button in the top right corner of your screen.
Click the Create your own field button or choose one of our popular options.
Click Create your own field, then add the field information.
Choose the appropriate option for the Who can view/edit? option.
When choosing the Club admins & members option, you'll be able to show the field in the sign-up form and restrict this to certain membership types within the club.
To do this: Click the 'Show in signup form' button and choose which membership types will be asked to fill this question out upon sign-up for their account.
Once you're happy, click the 'Save' button.
