Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading or downgrading, you will receive either a prorated charge or credit, depending on the cost of the new plan.
Please note that this is only available if you are paying through Stripe. If you are paying through Gocardless, please contact Customer Support for more information on 0113 292 6070.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes! If you pay for any package annually, you’ll get 1 month FREE.
Is there a minimum term contract?
There are no minimum term contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Why are my teams hidden?
If your club is on the Free package and has more than 3 teams, the extra teams will be hidden and won't be accessible. Upgrade to either the Elite or Ultimate packages to show all teams.
Who is eligible for a 30 day free trial?
A 30 day free trial is available for all customers who upgrade from the Free package using a credit or debit card via Stripe. Free trials are limited to one trial per year. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free trial if you pay via direct debit.
Can I speak to someone about the right Package for my club?
Absolutely. Speak to your Account Manager about growing your club with Pitchero by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0113292 6070 and selecting option 3.
