Sometimes our system may not be able to collect a payment for your club's package subscription. After a failed payment there is a 14 day grace period.
Once the grace period has ended your website subscription will revert down to the Free package.
If you notice any invoices that haven't been paid, please contact us directly and we can investigate this further.
