How to make a document private:
Upload a document and set it to Private. Select groups to enable them to download the document.
Once you have selected Private, you can select which members can access this document.
Attach it to your Custom Section.
If you wish to alter the privacy of a document, you will need to remove the document and then re-upload the document.
To attach a document to a Custom Section:
Login to your club control panel.
Click Site Content tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Click Custom Sections in the sub-menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Locate the section you wish to delete. Go to the spanner icon and click Edit Section.
Go to Documents and select document. Click Save.
