Pitchero maintains a comprehensive league database with information from thousands of competitions.
This means multiple teams can use the same fixtures saving team managers hours of time each week.
Plus it allows teams in the same competition to share match reports, photos, videos and create an online league network.
To connect your team to a competition firstly go to your club control panel and click the Teams tab.
From the sub-menu underneath Teams, select a specific team whose competition you wish to connect to.
Click 'Join competition' towards the right-hand side in green.
On the following page, select a competition from the list of suggestions or search for your competition.
Click Connect in green. After that, a list of teams should appear for you to connect your specific team to.
The fixtures, results and league table for this competition will now show on your club website.

Please ensure the season archives for your club are up to date.
The fixtures, results and league tables for a league competition are controlled by a Division Admin.
To update or edit the fixtures, results or table you must be a Division Admin.
My league competition is missing?
If your league competition is missing don't worry! If you compile a CSV spreadsheet which lists the league's fixtures and send this in, we can import the league's fixtures for you into our Competitions Database. To do this please follow these simple steps:
- Click here and download the excel spreadsheet.
- Complete the spreadsheet. Follow the correct format and supply all the information required.
- This includes ALL Team Names and ALL Fixtures for a league or division.
- Once completed email the spreadsheet to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pitchero will upload the spreadsheet and notify you by email when it is complete.
Please Note - if the fixtures are in the wrong format, they will NOT be uploaded.
