Players Availability:
To view a list of Player’s availability for an upcoming fixture date, tap the 'Availability' section.
Tap into a fixture, then select the 'Availability' button.
A status will appear next to each of the Players.
Tap the 'Prompt Players' button at the bottom of the screen to send a push notification and email, reminding them to set their availability.
Setting a Player's Availability Manually:
To manually set a player’s availability tap 'Availability'.
Tap into an upcoming fixture.
Tap the member’s name.
Tap into the member's current status. A list of availability options will appear.
Tap the relevant option.
Prompting Players on Their Availability:
To prompt a player’s availability to tap the Availability section.
Tap into an upcoming fixture.
Tap the ‘Prompt players’ button towards the bottom of the screen.
Tap 'Yes' to send your players a push notification and email.
Applying Filters:
To apply a filter tap the 'Availability' section.
Tap into an upcoming fixture.
In the bar across the top, select the team you wish you apply a filter for.
Tap the filtering funnel symbol in the top right corner of the screen.
Select your desired filtering options.
Once completed, tap the 'Done' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. The filter shall then be applied.
