My WorldPay payment has failed

If your payment has failed for a premium feature with WorldPay, it is usually due to an expired card or reaching your credit limit.

You can check and update your account details within your WorldPay account via:
https://futurepay.worldpay.com/fp/jsp/common/login_shopper.jsp

Payments for some features can now be taken via Direct Debit straight from your club's bank account (UK clubs only). For more information on how set to set up a Direct Debit for your subscription, access the Packages section in your Club Control Panel, or contact us at support@pitchero.com.
