Yes, but they must be given access by the Primary Webmaster.
The Primary Webmaster can give any member registered with their club website access to certain sections of the Control Panel. The member does not need to be a Webmaster or a Team Admin.
To give any club member access, the Primary Webmaster should:
Login to your Club Control Panel.
Click the Settings tab.
Click Manage Access in the left side menu.
To add access click the Add Access button.
You can grant Full Access (Webmaster) or Limited Team Access (Team Admin).
Please Note: Adding Limited Team Access will add the Team Admin role to the selected member. Limited Team Access applies to several sections of the Club Control Panel.
Choose which type of access is appropriate and search for the user in the Choose member box.
Click on their name in the search results.
If you choose Full Access (Webmaster):
Tick the box next to the sections you want them be able to access. Click the Add Access button.
If you choose Limited Team Access (Team Admin):
Go to the Teams drop down box and choose which team/s you want them to access. Click the Add Access button.
