What can Webmasters access in the control panel.

The Primary Webmaster can control Webmaster and Team Admin access in the Club Control Panel.

When a Webmaster or Team Admin is added to your site, they will have access to all sections of the Control Panel, including some pages within the Settings tab.


When accepting a Webmaster, make sure you review what access rights they have in Settings. Some clubs may not want all Webmasters having access to Packages for example.


The Primary Webmaster will have access to all sections of the Control Panel including the Settings tab.


The Primary Webmaster is able to control which sections of the control panel can be accessed by other Webmasters and can even give members access to certain sections of the Control Panel.


To control access, the Primary Webmaster should:


Login to your Club Control Panel.


Click the Settings tab.




Click Manage Access in the left side menu.




To remove access, simply click the X next to the users name.


To add access click the grey +Add Access button.




You can grant Full Access (Webmaster) or Limited Team Access (Team Admin).


Please Note: Adding Limited Team Access will add the Team Admin role to the selected member. Limited Team Access applies to several sections of the Club Control Panel.


Choose which type of access is appropriate and search for the user in the Choose member box. Click on their name in the search results.


If you choose Full Access (Webmaster)


Tick the box next to the sections you want them be able to access. Click the Add Access button.



If you choose Limited Team Access (Team Admin):



Go to the Teams drop down box and choose which team/s you want them to access. Click the Add Access button.
