Yes, you can attach a Gift Aid Declaration form to a your donation Products.
The member will then be able to declare Yes or No to allow you to collect Gift Aid on the donation.
You will be able to see all members that have declared Yes for Gift Aid in the Payments Export. Click here for more info on exporting Payments.
You can then use this information to create an excel spreadsheet which can be passed on to HMRC to collect the additional money.
To add a Gift Aid declaration to a Payment Product:
Login to your Club Control Panel.
Click the Payments tab.
Click Products in the left hand menu.
Click the Add a product button.
Add the product settings and click Save.
In the Include Gift Aid declaration option, tick yes.
