Can a Club collect Membership information when a member makes a payment?

Yes, you can attach Membership Fields to a Payment Product, to ask your members to provide/update their membership information.

If the member has already provided you with this information, the data will be pre-populated. They can simply update any information that might be incorrect.

To add membership questions to a Payment Product:

Login to your Club Control Panel.

Click the Payments tab.



Click Products (in the left hand menu).





Click the Add a product button.



Add the product settings and click Save.



In the Include Membership Fields option, select the fields you wish to add - You can even ask the paying member to fill this out on behalf of themselves or for members they are paying for (tagged members).



Complete the remaining options and click Save.
