Members not receiving emails sent from the club.

Unregistered members or members set to not receive emails will not be included in the list of recipients for an email. 

To check if a member is registered and receiving emails: 

Login to your Club Control Panel.

Click Membership tab.

Click Membership Database.

Go to the Fields drop down. Tick the Receiving email box in the list. Then search for the member.

The Receiving email Column will either say Yes or No against each members name, as seen below.

You can also select a member and send them a Prompt to update information if you wish to.
