When to use Groups.

Groups are used for quicker communication to a particular group of people at your club..

To send an email to a group:

Login to your Club Control Panel.

Click the Communication tab.

Click the Compose button.

Click the Select Members button.

Add a filter for Member Groups and select the group you want to send the email to.

Select all the members form the group and click Done.

You can then compose the message and send.
