Click the Membership tab.
Click Membership Database in the left side menu.
Select the members you wish to ask to update their details (Tick the selection box next to each record or click the select all box).
Click the Prompt to update information button.
Add a personalised message and click the Preview email button.
Click Send prompts.
Please Note: You'll only be able to send prompts to registered users.
If a member is registered, but not receiving email (because they have not verified their account), will be sent the email.
