Click on your user name and select Membership.
Choose the relevant club from the list.
A list of membership roles will appear on the page.
Scroll down to Parent and click Apply for this role.
Go to the Add Child search box and type your child's name. Then, select your child's name from the list and you will see your their name appear under ‘1st child’.
You will then need to fill out the relevant information for that child.
If you have a second child, enter their name in the Add child search box. Again, select your child's name from the list and you will see your their name appear under ‘2nd child’.
Keep repeating this process for as many children as you have in the club until all of their names are showing.
Add Notes to say which team your child plays for and any other details you wish to. Click Apply.
A Webmaster at your club will then approve or reject your request.
