Allow lists to be filtered to show all members not in a specified group

When assigning members, it's possible to press the Filter button and then set it to display all members in a particular group. Similarly, there needs to be a way to set it to display all members that are NOT in a particular group.

For example, there might be a group called "Honorary Members" who do not pay membership fees. It should be possible to select all members who are not part of this group, in order to assign them to a membership-fee product.

    This would be really helpful. When managing the database, knowing isn't in a group, or a team etc would be incredibly useful. At present I have to export the database and use excel to compare, which is very long-winded.
