Link parents email to child account
U9 cricket players do not generally have their own active email address and so prompts for availability etc cannot be sent. Often it is not clear who the parents are as surnames may be different and the software lists a parents children but not a child's parent! Equally, the parents email cannot be added to the child's account as it already exists in the database. Either the database should allow duplicate emails or a parents email should be linked to be child's account so that when prompts are sent they go to the parent concerned.

Hi I'm trying to use with a U 9 team and have similar issues please let me know the best way to set up a kids team and then contact for availability etc without having to contact all parents individually
