    We have no plans to introduce this at present.

    You can easily add a sentence to your match reports noting the person who received the “award”.

  2. Enhance polls functionality - Make private and view voters

    The polls section is good for public voting however it would be really handy to have a section for private voting.

    When members login they would see a notifications section or be sent an email requesting their vote for end of season awards such as players player. this shouldn't be restricted to one one question so maybe a customisable form with types of responses ie multiple chose answer, free text, rating, multiple selection answers. This form would then work for many different sections not just end of season awards

    We are focusing our resource on iOS and Android apps as these have much higher usage across our network.

    All of our public facing websites are now fully responsive in the web browser – this means that mobiles devices have an improved experience.

    We are constantly re-developing our admin panels to improve the user experience on mobile.

    We will continue to monitor demand for Windows apps.

  4. Archive seasons photos, albums and news

    In a season we have teams migrate from one age group to another, there photos from 2009 will still be incorrect. We also have an issue with photos in the news stories section, again in a season we can have 3000+ jpg that we could do with having an archive option for both that and news. Instead of the really long lists we have to scroll through to find the right picture. Typical example would be 1st team 2010-2011 having 5-6 changes dependent on who we have brought in the closed season. The "first team" album will still be there…

  5. Different forum permisisons

    Allow forums to have different permission levels, example senior players can only access senior forums, junior players cannot access senior forums but can access their own forums. Don't want kids viewing senior comments etc!

    We have existing functionality for an authorised members only forum.

    We will not be introducing further privacy settings.

  6. Faciltiy to make entries on the scrolling banner

    I would like to be able to add items on the scrolling banner, such as postponed games. ie Saturday 1st January 2050 Chelsea v Man Utd, Man City v Blackburn etc etc

  7. Add Coupon/Discount Codes to Club Shop

    Can you add the option at checkout for users to add in a coupon/discount code and likewise for admin to be able to add codes with values and/or percentages.

    Previously at our prize giving we've awarded vouchers for regular stores but it would be great to award them for the club shop instead so the money comes back to the club.

    This is not on our roadmap at present. We will continue to monitor the level of support for this request.

  8. Stop displaying old previous season archived content on the team-latest (team default) pages

    The default starting page for teams (eg Junior year groups) is "team-latest" and this page is displaying archived content from previous seasons until enough new content has been added to push the old out.

    This does not look good and creates confustion. It could also create safeguarding issues.

    Once archived, content should not be displayed on team latest pages for Junior teams.

    Unless a page is specifically filtered by season, we always aim to show some content.

    We have also changed the default landing page for teams.

  9. Allow existing statistics to be imported into Pitchero

    We have collated player statistics over the last few years outside of Pitchero and would like to import those to Pitchero so on a player's profile you can see their total number of appearances for the club, total points etc. At the moment I can only seem to do it by adding the fixtures and results for the last year and then selecting the players, and I can only do the last year (10-11).

  10. Create a 'Tournament' option in the fixtures bit.

    Create a tournament option in the fixtures section

    We play a number of tournaments throughout the year and I still want to use the player availability option to confirm who can play or not, but we can't enter the results.

    If you can create a fixture which is a tournament so you can sort out players beforehand. In the results section for the tournament you should be able to input the fixtures that you played ie. 5/6 matches with results and statistics for scorers etc.

    A tournament should only count as one appearance for a player, but at least they…

    Good suggestion but adding special cases for tournaments would likely take a long time to implement and add a lots of complexity I’m afraid. We don’t have any plans to implement this at the moment I’m afraid.

  12. use the member profile picture on the linked player profile

    Most of our members have uploaded a photo of themselves. When I link a member profile to a player profile, the photo does not come across. This has to be uploaded and assigned to players separately.

    It would nice to be able to use the member's profile picture as the player profile picture.

    The club has full control over the player profiles that appear on the club website.

    Users have full control of the photo that appears on their own user profile.

  13. increase the time images appear on the home page carousel

    We use the homepage image carousel for advertising events but at present the pictures change fairly rapidly thus loosing some of the impact. Can a function be added where a webmaster has say an option of selecting the time duration that images will appear for before changing to the next image.

  14. have a totaliser on the home page for the club cashback scheme

    Provide a totaliser on the homepage of the club website to keep members informed of how much money the club has raised.

    although you can clear your inbox, there is no way to delete sent messages, which as a result are a confusing list....

    The communication section is designed to store all club communications – having a delete function is not something we currently have planned for this feature.

  16. Allow league admins to attach photos to fixtures

    As a league admin I have recently attended cup finals featuring teams that do not have pitchero sites and I would like to add a gallery of photos against that fixture - would it be possible to allow league admins or event permitted guests (we have several non footballing budding photographers who may be interested in posting photos against fixtures) to upload and submit images for league moderation before going onto the league site.

    Hi David, I believe most of this functionality is already covered. You can upload photos yourself into your Pitchero profile, these then become accessible via the League Admin control panel so you can display them on your website. As for guests, again they can upload any photos into their Pitchero profile and then share them with the league. You will then be able to moderate shared albums in order for them to appear on your website. At the moment you can’t assign albums to fixtures I’m afraid.

  17. allow a Divisional Admin to change a team's league fixtures to friendlies if they leave the laeague during the season.

    When a team leaves a league during the season thr RFU website deletes all their fixtures. It would be better in Pitchero if games already played were changed to Friendlies so that player stats etc remain. At the moment if we leave fixtures in then the Table is not correct as it contains games no longer classified as league fixtures.

    Hi Roger,

    Indeed this is exactly what our admins will do for your if you send in an expunge request to support. Because there are quite a few things that can go wrong, we don’t have an automated method for Division Admins to do this for themselves, but the support team can do it for you making sure match reports, stats and team selections are safely moved to newly created friendly fixtures.

    Please email support@pitchero.com if you need to expunge a team from your league.

  18. Give access to support tickets that have been sent in.

    Give access to the status of the support tickets. eg Fixed, Pending etc.

    I sent one in about a week ago with no reply. Being old I can't remember what it was about!

  19. Enable tracking of sponsor logo serves and clickthroughs

    Surely one of the most basic aims of a web site is to promote sponsors and to demonstrate the value that their sponsorship has achieved.

    So knowing the number of times their logo has been served and the number of click throughs would be useful (understatement).

    Clicks can be tracked by a third party service such as http://bit.ly

    You can then get impressions / traffic data from your control panel.

  20. Great idea for the iphone app - what about us poor souls who have blackberrys (not all mega rich and can afford an iphone)....

    We have a lot of youth players at our cricket club who would benefit from blackberry app - not everyone uses iphone and android.
    Blackberry used by a lot of people because of BBM service a blackberry would be a big help to them.
