  1. Ability To Lock Down Under 7's and 8's Results and Match Reports To Members Only

    Due to FA Guidelines we need the ability to only allow our members to view the Match Reports and Results for Under 7 and Under 8 teams. Without this we cannot post results or write meaningful match reports.

  2. create a coaching section where clubs can share specific information about coaching

    coach development is essential and there needs to be a central area on club website where coaches can go to. also most sports have a club coach coordinator who has a lot of information to share including news, articles, documents, videos and should be able to have their own area which they are in control of.

  3. Customise the points from the team statistics page

    I would like the option to have the Points & Points per appearance removed as it only benefits certain players. I have an under 7's team and half the players score all the goals where the defenders/goalkeeper are just as important but do not get as many points as they do not score the goals. I would like to deal with the facts only and only show the number of appearances/goals/man of match etc.

  4. Improve statistics pages

    - Allow stats for multiple teams to be shown in one collated table
    - Allow career stats which span multiple seasons

  5. add a 'Scorers' tab to the Match Info page...this is one feature all players want to see!

    Perhaps a tab in the results page where you can add the name of all scorers, then linked to a divisional page for all top scorers...? Either that or just a tab where names and goals can be entered. Thanks

    Fixtures live http://w.fixtureslive.com/ are a central place where most teams have their details. Could you not link your league section with this to make it more up-to date?

    Or if the leagues aren't there can you not make a space on a team page to add links to where the fixtures and leagues will be

  7. Enable webmasters to manage the Weekly Roundup email

    Currently our Weekly Roundup email is not providing the functionality required.
    I'd like to be able to setup separate Roundups to which I can dictate the regularity (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) and assign groups of recipients (eg one for Seniors, one for Youth, one for Players, one for Supporters, etc).
    I'd then like the email to contain more than just the links to an event or news item, for instance displaying the starting line or two of a game report will encourage people to actually follow the link to the rest of the report.

    We are reviewing all outgoing communications both automated and manual.

    You can already send out your own content via the “communication” system.

    Clubs using the “Standard” and “Pro” packages can also control the content of the weekly roundup, upload a custom header and change the default sending day:

  8. Allow articles to be created within Team pages

    Articles are a great feature as they allow you to design a page. Adding this feature to team pages, or having just one article per tem would be a significant enhancement.

  10. See selection on the profile page

    Add a feature so that parents can see where they have confirmed selection for on their profile pages, rather than having to go to the match centre and view the entire team. This would really help out parents at our club - we are an Under 8s section.

  11. include short corners in the goals scored tally

    It is currently possible to say that a player scored a short corner (hockey) in the match statistics but this does not count in their goals scored tally nor add to the breakdown of goals (which is currently only penalties and [outfield] goals).

    In hockey the role of the short corner specialist is an important one and currently this useful statistic is incompletely implemented.

    We're an American Football team & if you can add it as a category I will suggest to our NGB that they use your site as well as pushing it to the 100+ clubs in Britain.

  13. Send message out to those marked as "Available" for a specific fixture

    It would be very helpful to be able to send a message to all those marked as "Available" for a specific fixture. I guess this could either be done on the "Availability" page or as an additional filter in the "Communication" page.

  14. Allow a text box on each of the section homepages (Senior, Junior, Mini & Ladies)

    This text box on the section homepages would let you write something about the section of the club (give a brief overall description) i.e. in minis & juniors the age group categories (with birthday dates).

    Ideally this text box would appear above where the current activity feeds are shown.

  15. sms text facility

    Enabling webmasters to send sms messages to people not registered to the site would be much easier for us, because lets face it not every parent will register. if we could imput the contact numbers ourselves. We could use this for chasing late fees, promoting events, calling games off at late notice etc. This way it would also stop my volunteer coaches and myself receiving grief for delivering the message.
    Please think about adding this it would make our lives so much easier.

    Display Live Score like play-cricket does for Clubs who use Total cricket Scorer with Live Scores. This allows all connected with the club to check on real time scores wherever they are.

  17. Add Baseball / Softball as a category

    Baseball and Softball in the UK is suprisingly bigger than you realise. Infact there are more clubs related to Baseball / Softball than American football, and its has a significant GB program which competes at a very high level. Also the sports have many junior teams within the schools system and at club level. Lets see Baseball / Softball as a Pitchero option. Please include us. Check out BBF and BSUK websites.

  18. Users should be automatically opted-in to Email Communications and all user details should be visible to webmasters

    I don't understand why users have to manually verify their email or opt-in to email communications from the club? Surely the whole point of them signing up to our club website is because the vast majority want to be updated with club matters?

    Currently, there are nearly 900 users on our database however because of the way this has been set-up, we can only communicate with around half of them.

    Whilst we have the option to prompt the users to allow us to view their details, this should ALL be available to us automatically with a manual option for users…

  20. Have the ability for players to post their training status.

    As a coach I need a better method of being able to track which players will be attending training. E-mail works but getting and tracking all those e-mails is just not efficient. Utilizing the website would be ideal and great for teams with multiple coaches to have the same information about players. Each Week the admin can post the training days for the week and the default will be attending. If players are going to have to miss something they can go in and change their status. Similar to the way players can assign their status for games.

    Hi Rocky, you should be able to achieve this by adding your training as a fixture and sending out the usual player availability requests. Long term, we do intend to have a “training” fixture type with more specific functionality.
