  2. correct the statistics visibilty problem where there is more than one team from a club in the same division

    I have two sides in the same division. Both appear to be set up in exactly the same way within my club Control Panel but the information shown for them on their respective section is different. For one, the Men's 3rd XI details are as expected with their Division also listed as a selectable link at the bottom of their sub-menu, but for the other (Men's 4th XI) this option is missing. Also, although the fixtures are correctly shown from the competition database, when you click League table, the 3rd XI is highlighted rather than the 4th.

  3. Enable webmasters to manage the Weekly Roundup email

    Currently our Weekly Roundup email is not providing the functionality required.
    I'd like to be able to setup separate Roundups to which I can dictate the regularity (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) and assign groups of recipients (eg one for Seniors, one for Youth, one for Players, one for Supporters, etc).
    I'd then like the email to contain more than just the links to an event or news item, for instance displaying the starting line or two of a game report will encourage people to actually follow the link to the rest of the report.

    We are reviewing all outgoing communications both automated and manual.

    You can already send out your own content via the “communication” system.

    Clubs using the “Standard” and “Pro” packages can also control the content of the weekly roundup, upload a custom header and change the default sending day:

  5. Customise the points from the team statistics page

    I would like the option to have the Points & Points per appearance removed as it only benefits certain players. I have an under 7's team and half the players score all the goals where the defenders/goalkeeper are just as important but do not get as many points as they do not score the goals. I would like to deal with the facts only and only show the number of appearances/goals/man of match etc.

  6. Add webmaster approval required to delete photo albums

    Photo albums are approved by webmasters for publication, however, members can delete these at will whether deliberately or accidently.
    This is a security issue to protect the clubs archive of photos.
    We recently lost our championship albums through this loop hole.

    Request is to add lock on album delete function.

    Can you link the team selection with the news page, so players can see it on the front page rather than through the match info page.

  9. Allow jpgs on the site to be clicked through

    The site currently does not allow you to place a url for a jpg that in some instances are needed for league affiliate schemes. In the Blue Square divisions, the league sponsor has a system of tracking click-through’s from the code in the jpg url, this is impossible with Pitchero and loses a club vital stats, or in the case of our club where the league runs a “website” of the year, which is based on the click through etc, the club came last with zero clicks.

  10. Add a tackle count column in the stats table.

    In Rugby League the engine of the team often get left out of Pitchero stats tables. As a young side I feel it is important to reward players for making tackles as this is one of the toughest sides to the game to master.

    Where a team within a cub has their own pitchero website e.g. Anytown Colts, the Colts menu button on the main Anytown page will redirect to the Anytown Colts page.

    Keep a list of features always up to date with release dates and what is planned to be delivered by when so that everyone knows when something is expected by.

    Eg we've got a number of great ideas here and planned/accepted/etc don't mean much to the community as it stands and personally I'm not feeling too motivated to partecipate because of that :-\

    I know resources could be low, etc but I think this is quite important :-)

    I think this would attract/retain players and possibly visitors as in the end this is one of those cool things everyone wants to see

  14. That you incorporate a CRB feature within the Web Master Catagory

    that the main Webmaster can allocate a CRB or Non-CRB Webmaster catagory. Deveral of our Web Masters are not CRB'd and could gain access to possibley sensitive material regarding Children and Young Persons through their role.
    A CRB Catagory could allow unlimited access whilst a Non CRB would allow unlimited access to the Senior Section but Limited Access for the Mini & Junior Section

    Most clubs will have a player who is also fundraiser or social secretary who doesn't need full webmaster rights - just enough to add and edit events. Any chance?

  16. Price options for the Shop pages

    Often items in the club shop have several prices, say adult sizes or child sizes. It would be handy to be able to list a price for each of these options under the same listing.

  17. Allow 'Training' dates to be added to fixtures.

    Most mini and junior rugby teams do not play fixtures every week, but will train on the weeks when they have no fixtures. Can an option be added to show a 'fixtures' as just 'Training' with the date and time

    The Fixture Page has some great info already on it, but I think a link to a weather page like the BBC would be a Good idea so you could see what the weather is going to be like for the next 5 days which will then include Match day.

  20. Add opposition teams "permanently"

    I appreciate that we might be able to do this if the club were linked to a League site but, since we're a basketball club and you have no such category (I have emailed in, requesting one to be created and the club site moved to it), that would be tricky!

    My request is to have the ability to add all the teams involved in league division we play in and then, when creating fixtures, we could select the team from a drop-down/list-box. The database record should include the opposition's home court address, tip-off time, primary kit colour, contact number,…
