  1. Link staff memberships to their commitee member profiles the same way that players are linked.

    When club members are requesting membership they can be linked to their player profiles but staff members requestign membership do not get linked to their commitee member profiles.....why not ?

  2. Global feature where clubs could share free dates for friendly fixtures

    One of the biggest problems to fixture secretaries is arranging fixtures so why not have a global facility where you can post free dates. I could then by using filters select by date, month or even distance from my location

    The majority of public facing pages have been updated to be “print friendly” straight from your browser.

    i.e. pressing print, should offer a neat printable version of the page.

  4. Create/ enable shared calenders. (iCal etc)

    Would it be possible to enable the use of shared calendars (e.g. iCal)that users can subscribe to on their mobile devices / PCs in order to get the fixtures/ results of a particular team. E.g. Calendar of 1st XV fixtures [and results once updated] would be available on mobile phone calendars once user has subscribed to that calendar.

    This could also be applied to club events.

    Any adjusts to a teams fixtures / results or new events update the online calendar and in turn the users calendar on their mobile device.

    6 nations Rubgy fixtures are currently available via subscribed…

  5. allow users to rename the sections (senior,junior,ladies,minis)

    Not all clubs divide their sections by these titles. This is I agree probably the most common but enabling this change would allow flexibility and also encourage other sports without this structure to use Pitchero.

    Clubs can use the translations tool in the Settings section of the Club Control Panel to change the names of navigation options and more.

  6. Player Import

    Is there any way that a complete list of players could be imported to a new or existing site, similar to the fixture import. As most clubs have their membership on excel spreadsheets it would be easy to sort the players and import all at one time

  7. Allow the look of the newsletter to be altered. At least to add the club badge.

    Just to make the club newsletter easier on the eye so more will look at it.

  8. Move the Poll

    The Poll should be moved to the top of the page where its is more accesible to viewers. Also maybe add a latest news ticker running along the top of the page similar to the non league one.

    It would be better if members names were in Surname order not Forename order as most of us are used to that I think.

    Members within the membership database can now be sorted by any column.

  10. Improve the team selection page, add starting line ups and subs

    When i add players i want to show who is starting and who is a sub, also in their respective positions. I don't seem to be able to do this?

  11. Remove Game Event Mins

    Hi,

    It is not always possible to enter minutes against player events, most of the time its a guess or inaccurate.

    If we dont enter minutes then we cannot save the events.

    Can we make it so this field does not require input and can be left blank if required?

    Can we have the ability to have downloadable attachments (pdf,doc etc) to News articles as well as the ability to add images please

    Great News, you can now attach documents to club and team news items.

  13. Allow wider access to the Communications Control Panel for emailing Parents and Players

    Team Admins and Coaches regularly need to email players / parents and other coaches yet the Communications part of the control panel is restricted to Webmasters only. It would make communication more effective if teams could be utilise this feature.

    So all clubs & officials can use the site to find out who to contact, where to be and which games they are officiating

    Improve the lineup page giving a more professional look and make it printable.
    The current lineup page is not very appealing and it would be good if it could be more appealing like the ones shown on TV before matches which are showing the format on the screen. Use player pictures or just little icons and player name with role.

    This could be for soccer but it's also applicable to any other sports

  18. make the homepage images clickable links

    Having created a number of images to fit into the homepage images slot, if they were clickable links I could as people to click for more info and direct them to the relevant pages. This is premium space on the website and we intend to use it as much for advertising as for images of rugby action.

    You can now include links with homepage images.

  19. allow mass edits of the membership database

    Currently you have to edit each member individually. This makes end of season edits incredibly tedious. Make a page where it lists every member with tick boxes next to their names representing the different membership levels (mass editting).

  20. allow twitter accounts to be attached to the club's homepage

    If a twitter account was able to be attached then updates could be co-ordinated from the twitter site and allows a live update to club news where players and supporters could add their own comments.
