  1. improve layout of the new membership system

    If you add fields to the new membership application, the layout of the overall display in Manage Members becomes very untidy because EVERY field is shown.
    While it is possible to increase the size of your browser window, it is NOT possible to increase/decrease the width of a column or hide/show particular columns.

    This makes the overall Manage Members screen unwieldy.

    Hi guys,

    Just going through some older feature requests and just thought I would give you an update.

    Lots of improvements have been made within the Membership section to allow further integration with the Teams and Payment sections with Fields, Groups and many more filters. You can also filter out which columns display on the Membership Database and then export just those results.

  2. Create a Team Admin Migration Tool

    When migrating the teams have the option to Migrate Team Admins.

    We can Migrate Players and Parents so migrating Team Admins would be the icing on the cake!

  4. enables multiple events to be added at the same time

    we have lots of events that are weekly or monthly. it would be much better if we could add these events with the same titles and information but use a calendar style system to set the recurrence

  5. When selecting teams that played allow shirt numbers next to their names, maybe shown on a football pitch layout.

    More professional look to page that shows team line up. Maybe Numbers on a simple shirts shape design in club colours maybe. Currently no numbers allocated to a player. Also should only show 11 that started with area those players selected as substitutes.

  6. Option to disable Marketplace and associated market emails

    I need to be able to disable Marketplace, and more importantly, the unsolicited spam emails pushing it. Both are in contravention of kit and commercial agreements we already have in place.

  8. Please cut down on the advertising pop ups and additional banners, they are starting overshadow the purpose of OUR website!

    Please reconsider the amount of additional banners and pop ups you are now using.

    Our members are reporting they are becoming an annoyance. Having to get through them to read important messages we need to get to our members is becoming laborious.

    Please redress the balance between the needs of your business and the needs of your member clubs.

  10. Enable consolidated fixture lists to be seen and downloaded and integrated into simple calandar

    The lack of a consolidated fixture list available to be seen on one screen and downloaded makes club fixture secretaries life close to impossible and the groundsman's too. All fixtures should be visible (using option switch) in an overall club calendar which shows events etc too.

  11. Any plans to use the 'GoCardless' payment system?!

    GoCardless is great, its much cheaper than PayPal... we are already paying 3.4%+20p & then the 50p Pitchero charge! CoCardless only charges 2% to a max of £2 per transaction... much better!

  12. Remove or reduce Pitchero advertising on Premium accounts

    Despite having paid for the full Premium features, including the Creative customisation. We still have a huge Pitchero advertising panel at the bottom of our website, advertising Pitchero and its premium features. These doesn't seem right with a paid service. Might I suggest removing or at least significantly reducing the Pitchero product advertising on Premium accounts, once we have actually paid for all the services. Thank you.

  13. Add editable section headings for the documents page

    Within the Documents section, to organise the clubs files better could you add editable headings eg. Senior Documents, Junior Documents etc. and then be able to move the files within the headings.

    Would be better if you could add into folders as asked in another request but the headings option maybe a quick fix while looking into the folder option.

  14. Ensure the original author of an article remains

    Currently the author or an article changes when someone re-saves it, regardless of the changes made.
    Example - a spelling mistake or photos are added to the website, and a second user wants to correct / link the photos, it's that user who appears as the author. Please consider changing.

  15. Make the team selection page iPad friendly

    Currently when using an iPad you are unable to drag and change the team selection order. Can you change this so iPad users are able to change the team selection order.

  16. Allow opponents goal as events

    It would be great if you could add opponents goals as events (with timings) so you could see ghe full timeline of events for a match. Currently you only see half the story!

    Opposition statistics can be added to the player events in the Teams section of the Club Control Panel or through the Team Manager app, and soon these statistics will also display within the Match Centre.

  17. Enable management of recipients in contact form

    The club members that appear in the contact form drop-down are not necessarily appropriate. As a webmaster I do not wish to receive comments/questions regarding specific age groups and have to forward them. There should be the ability to manage the names and descriptions that appear here. For example "Joe Bloggs - Clubhouse Manager" or "U14 Team admins".

  18. The ability to stay logged in has disappeared in the new update

    Please reinstate the option to stay logged in, it is inconvenient to have to log in every time.

  19. Allow us to enter our own Staff Committee Positions, as some of the default ones dont match ours. e.g. Events Manager

    Some of the staff positions in the drop down list don't match our positions. It would be good to add a new position in a box that is not on the drop down list.

  20. Allow more than one result per team per day

    This would show all tournament results and also Friendlies if the league game is postponed. One of our teams played a cup game, but because the league is registered all we show is the postponed league match.
