  1. Penalties and Walkover results

    If the match ends 1-1 and you win on penalties this will show on your recent form as a draw.

    A new option should be added for Extra Time and also Penalties and this should link to the recent form showing as a W rather than a D.

    Similarly for any Walkovers, If this option is picked on the app no record is kept this should show as a green W.

    Have individual fixtures available to have sponsors show on match pages.

  3. Allow different events to be added or renamed

    For our girls / ladies teams we would love to change 'Man of the Match; to 'Star Player' or 'Girls Of The Match' - anything but 'Man' would keep our U11G's happy! Have tried using a translation but this does not work on the reports / events pages. If not possible then could we be allowe to add new 'Free Format Named' events so we could add a new 'Star Player' event.

    Other similar 'club websites' already allow 'star player' so not a new concept.

  4. have a column (field) that shows the players parents name.

    Many kids have different surnames to their parents.

    At present in the membership database section you can't quickly see who a players parents are. I suggest a column (field) is added so a treasurer, welfare officer or secretary for example can quickly locate their parents. You can see which team he/she plays for but not who their parents are.

    Could you also look at having a Column (field) that links the player to a parent. When I complete a parent search, without actually going into their profile, you can't see who their child is.

  5. Create a Emergency Contact Report - Children and Parents names and contact details (phone numbers and emails).

    I am a junior (under 10) rugby coach.

    I urgently need a way to export children's names and their associated parents names and parents contact details (phone numbers and emails) associated with a given junior or youth team in my club.

    This is to create an Emergency Contact List to take to training/matches etc should an accident happen to one of the children in my care while we are "away from a PC".

    The Pitchero membership data model quite rightly allows multiple parents (or guardians) to be associated with a single child. We have a lot of cases where the…

  6. Make Activity Feed selection a multiple option.

    There is an option called Activity Feed where you can show Reports,News,selection All etc. I want to select one or more but not ALL.
    This will tidy up the main home screen and make it clearer,

  7. List all players or a squad and display their name, phone number, email address.

    There appears to be no way to list all players or a squad and display their name, phone number, email address. This would not be that hard to have in the product, but would be very useful for the team manager - to have one screen which gives at a glance contact information. The workaround is to maintain this information in a spreadsheet or PDF and attach to the website as a document, but that's a bit lame

  8. Member details export function missing...

    Please provide a function for all your webmaster users to be able to export all their member details, including their email addresses. We are building a nice database but if in future we decide to stop using Pitchero I don't want to having to start all over with an empty member database...

  9. Put a match tracker / reporting tool on the iPhone app!

    The match stats and reporting would be greatly enhanced if the iPhone app could be setup to record key events in a game - scores and times as a minimum, but perhaps yellow/ red cards, turnovers, big hits! Etc.

    This could be optionally filtered by things like username, post content or date.

  11. add fundraising thermometer to cashback

    It would be great to let website members see how much money they have raised for the club using the cashback pages that are now available.

    Having some sort of fundraising thermometer, or goal amount to aim for would be a nice touch

  12. Ability for Webmaster to edit photo album names

    Currently members can upload photos to the website which is great. However once these photographs are uploaded the webmaster has no control to edit the name of the album the photos are in.

    This often leads to clubs having unprofessional items on the site with names such as '4s photos 2015', as opposed to '4th XV Photos 2015-16 which obviously looks much better!!

    Please grant webmasters the ability to edit album names on their own website!!

  13. Limit Results to members only

    Junior Clubs and below should be allow to hide results from the public (including keeping them off the homepage). This would help clubs keep in line with FA guidelines. Without this feature, Pitchero becomes almost pointless for junior clubs.

  14. Add umpire and scorer to team list

    Have the option/ability to add select an umpire and/or scorer to the team selection page. This is vital when match officials are required and would allow them to receive the email/sms details for the upcoming match.

  15. Allow some people to have limited access to payments

    Allow some people to have limited access to payments so that if for example they are the administrator for the U7s team, they can manage the sub requests and monitor the payments received just for that team but do not need access to the rest of the payments site.

  16. Approval of match Reports

    Is it possible to have a functionality that allows only certain Webmasters or Primary Webmaster to approve match reports before they are posted live. This will ensure that the content is acceptable within governance guidelines for all sports. i appreciate that this may be for any posting and will be possibly onerous for certain clubs but if its an opt in button and then individual approvals it should work. I for one would rather this happen than be at risk us being sanctioned by our governing body for a malicious or poorly worded match report that is critical of referee's/…

  17. Enable facility to include details of goals conceded within match statistics(football)

    Within the match stats (football) we can add goals scored and have the data available but as a coach it is more important to ascertain where a teams weaknesses are and when you are most vulnerable e.g. goals are conceded. This is more important than goals scored as this could potentially be the oppositions weakness rather than a teams strength. It is good data but not really used when analysing team/individual performance IMO.

    Can the admin's have the ability to see a site change log. As we have several users who can change the website it would be good to see who made what change when.

  19. From the physio

    How about addfing a physio section so we can keep everyone updated on the injury front, all teams must have injuries etc so it would be a valuable addition to the websites.

  20. allow greater customisation of membership fields, including consent collection

    We are an ECB Clubmark Club and 'have to' collect consent for various things as part of junior membership. Currently fields are limited to 25 which doesn't allow us enough space for everything we want to collect - it would also be great to have tick boxes as an option rather than just free text
