  1. Ability To Lock Down Under 7's and 8's Results and Match Reports To Members Only

    Due to FA Guidelines we need the ability to only allow our members to view the Match Reports and Results for Under 7 and Under 8 teams. Without this we cannot post results or write meaningful match reports.

  2. Customise the points from the team statistics page

    I would like the option to have the Points & Points per appearance removed as it only benefits certain players. I have an under 7's team and half the players score all the goals where the defenders/goalkeeper are just as important but do not get as many points as they do not score the goals. I would like to deal with the facts only and only show the number of appearances/goals/man of match etc.

  3. Improve statistics pages

    - Allow stats for multiple teams to be shown in one collated table
    - Allow career stats which span multiple seasons

  4. Enable webmasters to manage the Weekly Roundup email

    Currently our Weekly Roundup email is not providing the functionality required.
    I'd like to be able to setup separate Roundups to which I can dictate the regularity (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) and assign groups of recipients (eg one for Seniors, one for Youth, one for Players, one for Supporters, etc).
    I'd then like the email to contain more than just the links to an event or news item, for instance displaying the starting line or two of a game report will encourage people to actually follow the link to the rest of the report.

    We are reviewing all outgoing communications both automated and manual.

    You can already send out your own content via the “communication” system.

    Clubs using the “Standard” and “Pro” packages can also control the content of the weekly roundup, upload a custom header and change the default sending day:

  5. Rotate Photos after they have been uploaded (Portrait & Landscape)

    After photos have been uploaded it would be great to be able to rotate them from portrait to landscape and vice versa. At the moment the portrait photos I upload from my computer end up showing in landscape mode on the website which is looks unprofessional.

    Please add a photo rotate option.

  6. See selection on the profile page

    Add a feature so that parents can see where they have confirmed selection for on their profile pages, rather than having to go to the match centre and view the entire team. This would really help out parents at our club - we are an Under 8s section.

  7. include short corners in the goals scored tally

    It is currently possible to say that a player scored a short corner (hockey) in the match statistics but this does not count in their goals scored tally nor add to the breakdown of goals (which is currently only penalties and [outfield] goals).

    In hockey the role of the short corner specialist is an important one and currently this useful statistic is incompletely implemented.

    We're an American Football team & if you can add it as a category I will suggest to our NGB that they use your site as well as pushing it to the 100+ clubs in Britain.

  9. Send message out to those marked as "Available" for a specific fixture

    It would be very helpful to be able to send a message to all those marked as "Available" for a specific fixture. I guess this could either be done on the "Availability" page or as an additional filter in the "Communication" page.

  10. Create an interactive squad availability, team selection and notification app

    Availability, notification of selection and notification of changes is the single biggest headache for all rugby clubs running multiple senior sides at our level.

    I have a group of approx 80 senior players and have to select 4 teams each week - there is much movement in the teams week to week because of unavailability, injuries etc and much movement between the Tuesday selection process and the games on Saturdasy because players' availilities change and injuries in training etc. A change to the selected 1st XV trickles down and affects all teams below as players are shuffled around to fill…

    Display Live Score like play-cricket does for Clubs who use Total cricket Scorer with Live Scores. This allows all connected with the club to check on real time scores wherever they are.

    At the minute we are unable to integrate with TCS.

    For now, we suggest using the quick links to link straight to your clubs TCS homepage.

  12. Add match fee payments to the manager app

    Upon completion of a match if the captain / manager could confirm the players, scorers and whether or not they had paid their match fees and this could be linked to the central database, it would cut out the paper work (and associated lag between the treasurer getting the information). Linking this to the payments system would provide a one stop shop that would make weekly payment collection much simpler.

  13. Attendance records

    I know people keep comparing your site to Teamer, i used Teamer at the start of last season but stopped sending messages because very few players replied. One thing i did like was the attendance record to keep a check on who was training on a regular basis, on teamer i have to set up an event send myself a message and then edit the players that trained. I would like to see something like this on your site, with a list of members and the option to add a tick beside their name if they trained

  14. Allow the 'Latest' section on the right hand side of the homepage to be customisable

    I would like to see more than just one of the team's results here. Between seasons when the last result was a loss it looks bad to just have one result which has to stay there for months until the new season begins.

    It would be good to customise this section so that you can either view results, fixtures, or a "player of the match" widget for all the teams not just the first team. There is also a lot of empty space here which looks untidy.

  15. Please remove the confirmation of email address option or provide a manual override for Webmasters to confirm this urgently.

    As it stands at the moment, We have a very large proportion of members that have registered, but are not receiving emails because they have not confirmed their email address. The email address of all registered members should also be visible to team admins and webmasters regardless of privacy settings.

    The confirmation of email either needs to be removed or a manual override needs to be put in place for a webmaster to perhaps check the email address, amend if it is wrong and confirm if it is correct. Our managers are losing faith in the system and are having…

  16. Users should be automatically opted-in to Email Communications and all user details should be visible to webmasters

    I don't understand why users have to manually verify their email or opt-in to email communications from the club? Surely the whole point of them signing up to our club website is because the vast majority want to be updated with club matters?

    Currently, there are nearly 900 users on our database however because of the way this has been set-up, we can only communicate with around half of them.

    Whilst we have the option to prompt the users to allow us to view their details, this should ALL be available to us automatically with a manual option for users…

  17. Google Calendars needed!

    We need google calendars!

    I understand the embedding issue but the ability to add our google calendars to the club and team sites would be a major function addition.

    Currently, we must link to external sites such as this one:

    If pure embedding of code is the issue, perhaps an interface could be devised to aid in security.

  18. make it possible to archive photos and videos into seasons (or allow sub folders to be set up within the video homepage)

    I have recenty archived our season results, tables etc but it would be very handy if it were possible to archive videos and photos.

    We try and upload our match highlights when we can and if we could do this (or have a function to create sub folders within the video section atleast) would really help to keep our site tidy and organised.

  19. Bring back the clubs full fixtures on the home page

    Full fixture lists on the home page for all the clubs teams, instead of a drop down box to select teams, Then on match days it shows all the results- AS IT WAS

  20. Expand the acceptable BB Code

    All valid BB Code isn't accepted when creating dynamic pages.
    Its not possible to use things like [color=blue] Blue text [/color] all that shows in the page is the code.
    Creating tables with more than one cell or more than one row without borders also isn't possible. Can this be looked at so it is?
